Brain Training helps to enhance one's cognitive functions of Attention, Decision Making, Spatial Ability, Memory, and Cognitive Flexibility.

Studies have shown that brain training has aided children's attention and numeracy / mathematics achievement, helped active adults maintain a healthy mind to stay sharp and excel in multitasking, as well as reduced risk of developing dementia in the elderly.

Course Details:

• Led by a NeeuroFIT certified trainer in a class setting
• Consists of 12 sessions 45 mins each
• Uses different games in the Memorie application to train particular cognitive skills
• Includes an assessment to monitor and track the training progress
• To facilitate the course, a Neeuro SenzeBand 2 and compatible tablet with the relevant applications will be used
